OpRisk In A Nutshell

OperationalRiskSolutions International Limited was established in early 2006 as a consultancy and development company with the goal of supporting businesses in leveraging their IT investments and improving their project, portfolio and IT management.

Originally estabilshed with a focus on Risk Management, OpRisk has continuously extended its competencies and consulting portfolio to include Project and Portfolio Management, IT Governance and business consulting.

Our core team has combined more than 60 years of IT-Industry experience, gathered in a large number of projects. We have learned that projects are made by people, that IT-Organizations are run by people and that no software-application will benefit our customers if the tool is not used according to the maturity state of the customers organization. Therefore we pay special attention to the areas of user acceptance, organizational development and learning and change management.

We are active members of several professional organizations like the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Risk Special Interest Group of PMI and the German section of the Risk Management Association. This assures that we are always up-to-date with the latest insights and trends in Project Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Governance and Risk Management.
